The Lead Applicant on any grant application must be a registered non-profit or charitable organization.

Lead Applicants may submit an application in partnership with other organizations, groups or individuals who act as a Co-Applicant (see more information in the next FAQ). The nature of the partnership must be well- defined/substantiated within the application.
