Help Buffer Stress
The Alliance wants to help families buffer stress during these challenging times. Here you will find the beginnings of a list of mental well-being resources found from within the vast network of Island and Canadian service providers coordinated with the intention to help Islanders cope through this phase of the pandemic.
Our intention is to build a comprehensive list of supports for Islanders to utilise on an ongoing basis. We welcome suggestions of additional resources that could be shared to build resilience during this challenging time.
