Rose leads internal and external communications, including public messaging, media relations, stakeholder engagement, brand strategy, website and social media management, and community storytelling. Through her leadership, Rose ensures that the Alliance’s message is clear, consistent, and community-driven, making space for shared voices, shared goals, and a stronger, more connected PEI.

Rose brings over two decades of experience in strategic communications, public engagement, and media relations. Throughout her career, spanning leadership roles with Explore Summerside, Downtown Summerside, and several provincial organizations, Rose has developed a reputation for translating complex ideas into clear, accessible messaging that resonates with communities. Whether leading multi-platform campaigns or building strong stakeholder relationships, her work is always rooted in one goal: helping people be more successful here at home on Prince Edward Island. She is passionate about using communication not just to inform, but to connect, inspire, and create real, lasting impact.
