28 Nov PEI Alliance for Mental Well-Being Recognized as Finalist for President’s Excellence Awards
Charlottetown, PEI – PEI Alliance for Mental Well-Being is thrilled to announce that we have been selected as a finalist for the President’s Excellence Awards for Not-For-Profit Excellence by the Greater Charlottetown Chamber of Commerce. This award acknowledges not-for-profit organizations that significantly contribute to the economic, social, or cultural well-being of the Greater Charlottetown Area. It acknowledges the Alliance’s commitment to its mandate.
Creating conditions for positive change to advance resiliency and improve mental well-being for all Islanders.
The President’s Excellence Awards aim to celebrate and honour local entrepreneurs, recognizing their successes and community contributions across nine award categories. We are honoured to be acknowledged in the Not-For-Profit Excellence category alongside other exceptional organizations.
We extend our congratulations to our fellow finalists, Blooming House Women’s Shelter, the PEI School Food Program, and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation. Each of these organizations demonstrated outstanding dedication to their respective causes. We applaud their remarkable achievements and contributions.
We express our gratitude to the Greater Charlottetown Chamber of Commerce for recognizing the vital role played by not-for-profit organizations in the community. We look forward to the gala and the chance to celebrate the accomplishments of all finalists and winners.
The winners will be revealed at the President’s Excellence Awards Gala on January 24, 2024. The event is a celebration of local entrepreneurs and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional achievements across various categories, highlighting their positive impact on the community.
