Projects that have previously received a single-year grant are eligible to apply for a multi-year grant for the same project to further elevate or expand that project. If this is the case, the applicant will need to demonstrate in the application what they learned from the first grant and how those learnings and outcomes will be applied to the new iteration of the project.
