Paula Gallant

Finance & Admin Manager

As our Manager of Finance and Administration, Paula brings over three decades of professional accounting, finance and auditing experience to her work with the Alliance. Paula manages our financial operations, including budgets, audits, and technology infrastructure. She also ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new employees and oversees key administrative operations. 

Paula’s journey with the Alliance began in 2023, when she joined our volunteer Board of Directors. Drawn to the organization’s mission and community focus, she wanted to provide her expertise and support from a governance perspective. When the need for her financial expertise far exceeded her capacity as a volunteer, she transitioned into her current management role to ensure our financial stability as the Alliance grows. 

As much as Paula likes working with numbers, her favourite part of her job is working with the Alliance team. From the very first team meeting she attended, she’s been struck by the joy and positivity of her colleagues. She’s also inspired by Alliance’s mission to support mental well-being and is grateful for the opportunity to apply her specialized skills to an organization doing impactful work.  

Outside of work, Paula volunteers within the gymnastics community and enjoys travelling extensively. She and her husband are proud parents to two adult sons, grandparents to one lucky little boy, and dog parents to two middle-aged pups.
